As much as video game makers like to say they tap into a broad spectrum of human emotion with their digital diversions, the truth is that plausible representations of love in video games are about as common as meaningful plots in porn flicks.

But there are some games that have, in their own weird way, made us stop and go, "Awwww" -- and then immediately look around and hope no one was listening. With Valentine's Day around the corner, here's our list of the top five most romantic video games.
